Monks Attack (05/23/2007)

From the writing of Nalla Mann  --Bartender of the Bloody Nall Tavern
The Pineappleman jumped up onto a table in the center of the room as he now stood surrounded by about 40 hooded cannibal Monks.  Blood still dripping from their mouths from the ceremony they had just abandoned when their victims had been rescued.  From his table top position he was able to fend off their multiple angled probes at him with their short knives.   They would send 3 or 4 at a time trying to bring him down.  But his defensive moves with the machete were too fast and precise.  He was a blur as he moved with the machete almost as if he knew where every knife thrust would land in advance.  As he continued to wound Monk after Monk they seemed to grow afraid of him –How could this one man stand against so many?   As the Monks were sent forward –they seemed more tentative and quickly retreated back into their circle with each mighty blow the Pineappleman struck.
