With his bag of supplies flung over his shoulder he headed down towards the river bank. He was greeted by Kandu
"We are ready to go" Kandu said.
The Pineappleman looked questioningly
Kandu responded " They were the best I could find on such short notice"
The Pineappleman nodded and threw his bag onto the deck on the boat. "Let's head downriver" he yelled to his small crew as he stepped onto the boat. He walked to the head of the ship and took the helm from the crewman that was readying the ship to leave. Kandu commanded the workers to release the ropes holding the craft to the dock and they were on their way.
